What is The Bombshell Box? The Bombshell Box is a carefully curated wig subscription box designed with your budget in mind.
What kind of hair will I get? All units are premium synthetic or blended. We do not carry human hair wigs at this time.
How does it work? Select the style profile that fits you best along with your color preference. You will then create a member profile if you choose or you can check out as a guest to begin your subscription.
What's in the box? Each month, you will receive a premium synthetic wig by known brands like Bobbi Boss, Sensationnel, Outre and many more that you may already know and love. You will also receive a gift that may be beauty, skin or styling related.
Can I style my wig? Synthetic wigs are very versatile and can be styled in many ways using different methods. Most units can take low heat (like curlers or flat irons) and can also be styled by using rods, rollers and other styling tools. If you’re new to wig styling, don’t worry, we’ll show you just what to do!
When will I be charged? All orders placed will be charged at the time of your purchase and will be recurring starting on the 15th of the following month. This is referred to as your "order date" and can be found by clicking "Manage Subscription" once you are logged in to your account.
When will I get my box? All boxes are shipped between the 22nd and 27th of each month. You will receive tracking information as soon as it is available.
I chose the wrong profile or changed my mind about my profile selection, what do I do? Can I change my color preference? That's okay, it happens! Go to "Manage Subscription" > "View details" > "Products in your subscription" > "Swap product" and it's done!
What if I don't like it? The Bombshell Box does not accept returns but we are willing to refund orders if they are damaged or if you receive the wrong order. You can skip a month or cancel your subscription at any time.
How do I skip a month? To skip a month you would select "Manage Subscription" > "View detail" > "Manage upcoming orders" > "Skip order"
How do I cancel? You can cancel any time by going to "My Subscription" > "View details" > "Cancel Subscription".
